Behind the business is aformer professional football playerwith extensive international experience in elite football. During his active career, he played professionally inFinland, Sweden and the Faroe Islands, and by the age of 23 had already playedover 150 senior matchesat a high level.
In Finland, he has experience from both Veikkausliiga and Ykkösliiga, where the demands for performance, tactical understanding and professionalism are high. In the Faroe Islands, he played in Betri Deildin, the top league in the country, which further enhanced his understanding of different football cultures and styles of play.
The international experience and the large number of senior matches at a young age have given him a deep insight into what is required to develop and perform at senior and elite levels. Today, he uses this knowledge to help players develop individually through private training and match analysis, focusing on details, quality and long-term development. To further enhance the quality of the business, he has started coaching education and plans to conduct scouting training, with the goal of continuously developing both himself and the company.
The work is based on the belief that every player is unique and that real development occurs when training is linked to match situations. The goal is always the same: to create players who are better prepared, more confident in their play and more effective on the pitch.
